For a standard product with sufficiently complete data, Climate Seal can typically parse the files, build the model, perform calculations, and generate a first report draft within 2–4 hours. More time may be required when applicable requirements call for additional evidence or when missing, inconsistent, or unclear information must be resolved.

Where an applicable methodology permits assumptions or default values, these can be documented with their limitations and risks. The platform does not treat uncertain data as confirmed evidence.

Climate Seal prepares structured calculations, factor records, assumptions, data-quality signals, and supporting evidence that can make third-party review more efficient. Climate Seal does not issue independent assurance or certification. Final verification is performed by an appropriately qualified independent body.

The audit ledger records source data, conversions, emission factors, selection rationale, formulas, assumptions, evidence, risk levels, results, and review status. It provides a traceable working record behind the final report rather than presenting only a final carbon figure.

Climate Seal can generate PDF report drafts, structured CSV and JSON exports, and audit-ledger packages. Outputs can be adapted to customer-defined templates and formats, with QR codes available for sharing and reuse. These deliverables can support CBAM, PEF, EPD, and DPP workflows, subject to applicable requirements and final professional review.

Customer data and calculation results remain the customer’s property. Data access, retention, export, deletion, residency, and deployment requirements can be addressed according to the selected service plan and agreement.
